When you book with me, you’re not just hiring someone to take photos; you’re working with someone who genuinely wants to capture what makes your story yours. Whether it’s a gig, a wedding, or a quiet portrait session, I’ll always focus on warmth, honesty, and connection over stiff poses or filters.
Once you get in touch, I’ll confirm availability, and we’ll chat about what you want: the vibe, ideas, examples you love, and any details that matter to you. For weddings, you’ll receive a simple contract to lock everything in, choose your locations, and confirm your $500 booking fee (non-refundable). For all other shoots, you will also receive a contract and the booking fee is 50% of the total amount.
About a week before your session, I’ll check in to make sure we’re still all go, and the remaining balance is due 48 hours before (except weddings, the full payment is required 7days before the date). On the day, I’ll meet you at your chosen spot, and we’ll get into it, no pressure, no awkward posing, just easygoing direction and genuine moments.
Afterwards, you’ll receive a fully online high-resolution digital gallery.
Once your gallery has been paid for and editing is complete, it is fully downloadable, and I strongly recommend downloading and backing up your images as soon as possible.
Your online gallery will remain active for 6 weeks. After this time, it will be archived for a further 3 weeks, after which the gallery will be permanently deleted.
I retain long-term backups of your images in the form of unprocessed Lightroom catalogues. These files are kept for archival purposes only and will not be re-edited or re-processed if images are lost or deleted.
